This is a smoothie I make sometimes to recover after a long ride. I’ve made it on a few occasion for lunch too when I’m pressed for time during the week.
1 1/4th cup vanilla soy milk
2/3 cup coconut milk
2/3 cup vanilla natural yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
a handful of ice cubes
honey to taste
Mix soy milk, coconut milk, yogurt, ice and honey in a blender until smooth. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and voila!
